She was upfront about their pricing (which is by the job, not the hour—a huge plus) and promptly texted me all the details. I called them because I had a specific error code on my Navien tankless water heater, and I saw they were an authorized service provider on Navien's website. Larry, the technician, was fantastic. He was extremely qualified, friendly, and a true gentleman. I tend to be a bit nosey and like to watch the work being done, and he didn't mind at all. We had a great conversation, and I for sure learned a few things about plumbing! He flawlessly replaced a difficult, non-routine part that could have easily turned into a bigger issue if not done correctly.
